I’m Colleen Marshall, MA, LMFT, Chief Clinical Officer at Two Chairs. I lead the design and delivery of our clinical care model, with a focus on quality, measurement-based care, and scaling our hybrid approach. With over 20 years of experience in behavioral health, I’ve worked across community mental health, startups, and digital health to build and lead clinical teams. My work is grounded in behavior change methodologies, particularly Motivational Interviewing, and I’m the author of Motivational Interviewing for Leaders in the Helping Professions. Leading with compassion while scaling clinical excellence has always been central to my work.
