About
Veronica
I enjoy working with clients of all genders to build a strong therapeutic relationship. My approach to therapy is client-centered, which means I tailor my treatment approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. Through a combination of evidence-based techniques and empathetic listening, I like to helps client explore and understand their emotions, past experiences and hopes for the future. I am committed to creating a safe, affirming environment where clients can feel seen, heard and supported. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process, and I work with my clients to identify goals and create a path toward healing and growth.
I am an introvert through-and-through and love being surrounded by many books, cats, and beverages.
