Veronica enjoys working with clients of all genders to build a strong therapeutic relationship. Her approach to therapy is client-centered, which means she tailors her therapy to meet the unique needs of each individual. Through a combination of evidence-based techniques and empathetic listening, Veronica helps clients explore and understand their emotions, past experiences and hopes for the future. Veronica is committed to creating a safe, affirming environment where clients can feel seen, heard and supported. She believes that therapy should be a collaborative process, and she works with her clients to identify goals and create a path toward healing and growth.
In her spare time, Veronica can be found doing introverted things like hanging out with her family and cats, reading books and crocheting. She loves listening to music and singing along and is always up for getting food or coffee.
