Sunny Tan

She/Her
Sunny
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Sunny draws on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and a humanistic, client-centered perspective to guide her work. Sunny often incorporates these techniques to work collaboratively with clients, helping them identify and challenge negative thought patterns, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with inner strengths. Sunny's goal when working with clients is to empower them to create lasting change in their lives and fostering a compassionate, non-judgmental space where they can feel heard, understood, and supported.

In her spare time, Sunny enjoys reading, cooking, taking dance lessons, watching horror movies, and playing board games. She also cherishes spending time with her two mischievous black cats.
