About
Sunny
My focus is on helping clients navigate overwhelming emotions and break free from the negative thought patterns that keep them feeling stuck. My goal is to help people build emotional resilience, reconnect with their inner strengths, and create lasting, meaningful change in their lives. Healing happens best in a space that feels truly safe, so I'm committed to providing a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where my clients can feel heard, understood, and fully supported every step of the way.
I identify as a Taiwanese-American immigrant and part of the LGBTQ community. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, cooking, doing arts and crafts, dance lessons, horror movies, and board games with friends. I also cherish spending time with my two mischievous black cats.
