Welcome to Two Chairs! Taking the step to start therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate it alone. I am here to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can slow down, reflect, and make the changes that matter most to you. My style of therapy is deeply collaborative—I don’t view myself as the ultimate expert on your life; instead, we work as a team. My years of knowledge and experience will meet your knowledge of yourself to help you heal and achieve your personal goals. Meeting you exactly where you are today, I will help you decrease self-judgment, gain self-acceptance and heal toward living a more meaningful and authentic life.
A little more about me: I love hiking, the beach, and creating culinary experiences. You’ll find me behind a book in the evenings, sometimes fiction, sometimes reading about fascinating changes in the mental health arena.
