Sarah’s priority in therapy is the therapeutic relationship, and she has a passion for helping her clients feel safe, heard and supported. She believes in the inherent wisdom present in each person and that sometimes we just need a little support to access it. Sarah enjoys helping her clients learn tools and strategies to support them in feeling empowered to live their best lives and overcome any obstacles they may be facing.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys playing with her two dogs and her cat, spending time in nature, knitting, and reading. Her favorite self-care practices include watching sunsets, listening to music, hiking, spending time with loved ones, and journaling.
