About
Sarah
Hi, I'm Sarah! My favorite part of being a therapist is helping people discover a deeper sense of meaning, purpose, and self-connection. There is nothing quite like witnessing the moment a client learns to meet a part of themselves with self-compassion, especially a part that was previously held with fear or judgment. Whether we achieve this by building new coping skills, gently processing past trauma, or simply creating a safe space for you to be truly seen and heard, it is an honor to walk alongside you on your journey.
In my spare time, I love playing with my two dogs and my cat, spending time in nature, all things creative, and reading. Some of my favorite self-care practices include watching sunsets, listening to music, hiking, spending time with loved ones, and journaling.
