Nora’s approach to therapy is warm and engaging, and she believes that creating a genuine, safe and nonjudgmental space is essential to the therapeutic relationship. Her background in social work reflects her passion for uplifting marginalized communities and challenging the status quo; cultural humility and self-reflection are foundational to her work. Nora utilizes a variety of evidence-based practices to help clients develop insight, uncover areas for growth, and foster an accepting and kind relationship with themselves.
Outside of work, Nora enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
