Her background in social work reflects her passion for uplifting marginalized communities and challenging the status quo; cultural humility and self-reflection are foundational to her work. Nora utilizes a variety of evidence-based practices to help clients develop insight, uncover areas for growth, and foster an accepting and kind relationship with themselves.
