Nathalie is a collaborative therapist who focuses on helping clients feel more connected, understood, and empowered in their lives. She takes a strengths-based approach to therapy, supporting clients in navigating and processing difficult emotions, developing practical tools and strategies for change, and building a deeper awareness of themselves and their needs.
She specializes in anxiety, complex trauma, and interpersonal challenges, and integrates principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and somatic-based therapies to support meaningful healing and growth.
In Nathalie's free time, she likes to be in nature, drink coffee slowly, and visit local farmers markets.
