About
Nathalie
Nathalie is passionate about supporting her clients on their healing journey. In your work together, she will use a strengths-based approach to help you unlock and express challenging emotions, learn useful skills to make lasting change, and cultivate new ways of understanding yourself. Nathalie believes that change is possible and most often occurs when people feel seen, heard and safe in relationships, both with themselves and others. Nathalie’s goal is to collaboratively create a comfortable and trusting environment to heal wounds, promote growth and reduce distress. Nathalie specializes in anxiety disorders, complex trauma and relationship issues. Her therapeutic style pulls from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and somatic therapy principles.
In Nathalie's free time, she likes to hike, listen to vinyls, and try new local restaurants!
