About
Meghan
Hi, I'm Meghan! I enjoy working with clients using a strengths-based and collaborative approach, working alongside them to uncover what is already working in their lives while building new skills to navigate challenges. I take joy in helping clients identify personal strengths, deepen self-awareness, and develop practical strategies to overcome obstacles.
Outside of work, I enjoy supporting my local women's sports teams, seeing theater productions, trying new recipes and hobbies, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
