Meghan enjoys working with clients using a strengths-based and collaborative approach, to work alongside clients to uncover what is already working in their lives while building new skills to navigate challenges. She takes joy in helping clients identify personal strengths, deepen self-awareness, and develop practical strategies to overcome obstacles.
Outside of work, Meghan enjoys supporting her local women's sports teams, seeing theater productions, trying new recipes and hobbies, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
