Having sat on the other side of the couch myself, I know firsthand the profound gifts that come from finding a truly well-matched therapist. That personal healing journey shapes everything I do. I believe that within a safe, authentic therapeutic relationship, you have the opportunity to experience a deeply corrective, life-changing space. As a therapist, I see myself as a holder of hope and a gentle guide, walking alongside you as you look within and untangle the obstacles interrupting your life and relationships. My approach balances genuine warmth with honest directness, but above all, it honors your autonomy. You are always the driver of this journey, and each week, we will focus exactly on what you feel ready to explore.
I am an avid camper, hiker, travel buff, athlete, enjoy dancing, roller skating, swimming in the ocean, cycling, board games, a good nap and cuddling the kitties.
I identify as a Queer Woman of color, a partner, a mother, a friend, a sister and daughter. I enjoy incorporating all these parts of myself in the work I do with clients.
