Kristy
As a person who has personally benefited from and experienced the many gifts of personal therapy, Kristy has always felt the need to share with others the positive outcome that one can have with a therapist. Clients have an opportunity to have a corrective experience that is life-changing. Kristy believes clients need holders of hope (therapists) and guides to understand themselves and the obstacles interrupting their lives and relationships.
Outside of work, Kristy enjoys camping, hiking, traveling, softball, swimming in the ocean, cycling, meditation, napping, board games, and cuddling her kitties.
