Jessica
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Jessica’s therapeutic approach involves, first and foremost, the development of a trusting relationship between herself and her clients. This serves as the foundation for the work that they do together, which includes developing goals and a pathway to reach those goals. She utilizes an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities to individualize treatment for each client. Treatment with her is solution-focused and strengths-based, with the use of assessments and scales to measure success!
In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and children, catching up with friends, cooking, and traveling to various places both new and old.
