About
Jeny
I enjoy providing a welcoming space for my clients to be their own authentic selves and find meaning in their lived experiences. I assist my clients in coming to terms with life events and adapting their thinking styles to ones that will better serve them. With a strengths-based approach and a focus on self-discovery, I assist clients in reaching their goals and having more clarity.
I enjoy spending time with my dog, in nature, and with my family. I have taken up birding in the last couple of years and love going on evening walks. I love discovering new places and connecting with nature.
