Jeny enjoys providing a welcoming space for her clients to be their own authentic selves and find meaning in their lived experiences. She assists her clients in coming to terms with life events and adapting their thinking styles to ones that will better serve them. With a strengths-based approach and a focus on self-discovery, she helps clients reach their goals and have more clarity.
Jeny enjoys spending time with her dog, in nature, and with her family. She has taken up birding in the last couple of years and loves going on evening walks.
