Ileana Barriga

Hi, I’m Ileana! I’m passionate about building safe, therapeutic relationships with my clients to help them build confidence and create change in their lives. I value both cognitive and experiential approaches that promote understanding and action to create new lived experiences and new understandings of themselves, the world, and others. I encourage all my clients to stay curious about what happens in and outside of therapy and promote change through action rather than just cognitive changes. I specialize in working with anxiety disorders and trauma, relationship building and communication, young adults, first generation Americans, immigrant communities, and adjustments to change.
