Ileana is an advocate for mental-health equity and works to destigmatize mental health and mental illness, especially in the Latinx community. She is committed to supporting her clients in achieving their personal goals, learning about themselves, and leading a life with more clarity and peace. Her work is always trauma-informed and culturally humble as she believes that we all have suffered and have something to learn from one another.
In her spare time, she likes to thrift, walk and try new coffee shops.
