About
Colleen
Hello! Thank you for taking a minute to get to know me. I am an experienced therapist who maintains a handful of clients which allows me to fully focus my care, skills, and attention on your needs. I truly enjoy helping people of all ages navigate life's unexpected changes and challenges, knowing that everyone's story is uniquely their own. Together, we will work together to uncover your natural strengths, help you pursue the behaviors you value most, and guide you toward feeling better.
When I am not working, you can usually find me outdoors—whether I am tending a garden, playing on the court, paddling on lake, strolling the neighborhood, or exploring a trail somewhere. I love to learn and always enjoy diving into a great book or listening to an engaging podcast, preferably while sipping good coffee with a cat or dog at my feet. Above all, I feel fortunate to spend my time on activities I love and building connections with my family and community.
