About
Christie
I have a deep understanding of a variety of mental-health disorders and treatments and am devoted to therapy as a collaborative, strengths-based and insightful process. I use a comprehensive mind, body, spirit approach and enjoy working to build a deeper understanding of one’s own life and nervous system regulation. I provide a warm and comforting space to explore and focus on integrating education, tools and support to help each person grow through their struggles to overcome some of life’s most difficult times. My approach is tailored to each individual's strengths, interests, needs, and learning style and when possible- a little bit of fun. One of my favorite quotes, “Happiness can be found in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light.”-Albus Dumbledore
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, family time, gardening, animals, nature, fashion, health and wellness, learning, and engaging in my local communities.
