Christie
Christie has a genuine love for helping her clients better understand their mental health and body. She provides a safe, warm and comforting space to open a dialogue, and offers education, tools and support to help each person grow through their struggles to overcome some of life’s most difficult times. She has a deep understanding of a variety of mental-health disorders and treatments and is devoted to therapy as a collaborative, strengths-based and insightful process.
Outside of work, Christie enjoys traveling, family time, gardening, animals, nature, fashion, health and wellness, learning, and engaging in her local communities.
