About
Chase
I believe that the foundation of meaningful growth is the relationship between therapist and client. My approach is collaborative and integrative, drawing primarily from ACT and CBT, while weaving in other frameworks as they fit your unique experience. I work with adults navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. I'm just as comfortable sitting with you through difficult moments as I am helping you find practical tools for moving forward. Whatever brings you in, my goal is for you to feel respected, heard, and genuinely in charge of your own progress.
Outside of sessions, I'm someone who is endlessly curious about people and the world. I grew up in Alaska, which gave me a deep appreciation for the outdoors and a fascination with the diverse ways people build lives and communities. I'm drawn to history, literature and film; particularly stories that challenge assumptions or offer a new lens of the human experience. I bring those same values of curiosity, acceptance, and connection into my work, and I believe that no two people's stories are alike.
