About
Chase
Chase is a relational, strength-based therapist who works collaboratively with clients to create a warm and supportive space. He integrates narrative therapy, existential perspectives, mindfulness, and holistic frameworks to help individuals deepen self-understanding, navigate challenges, and reconnect with their values. Chase is motivated by the belief that growth happens through genuine connection and thoughtful exploration.
Outside of sessions, Chase enjoys reading, watching films, and taking his dog on long walks. He gravitates toward stories that spark reflection and appreciates time outdoors as a way to ground and recharge.
