About
Brittani
Hi, I’m Brittani! 👋🏼 I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Manager with a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology. I believe we all come with strengths, even when they may be difficult to recognize.
My approach to therapy is genuine, strengths-based, individualized, and often filled with humor. I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices to help you create meaningful and lasting change. I want therapy to feel collaborative and honest—a space where you can show up fully as yourself without fear of judgment. I’m here to offer support and real talk as we navigate relationships, life transitions, trauma, societal pressures, self-discovery, and everything in between. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, deepen your understanding of yourself, and identify tools that support the life you want to create.
As a former collegiate athlete, I have a special passion for supporting athletes as they explore their relationship with sport, strengthen their mental performance, navigate life transitions, and process their identities and experiences both during and after athletics.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my friends, family, and my dogs, Donnie and Sierra. 🐾 I’m a huge sports fan and enjoy watching or attending games whenever I can. Living in San Diego, you can often find me at the beach or enjoying time outside. 🌊 My guilty pleasure is binge-watching reality TV, and I’ll never turn down a good Bravo marathon. 📺
