About
Brittani
Brittani is a therapist who believes we all come with strengths. Her approach is genuine, strengths-based, non-traditional, focused on your individualized needs and full of humor. She draws from many evidenced-based practices to help you get effective results. Brittani is here to provide you with real talk about the struggles of relationships, transitions, trauma, societal pressure and self-discovery in a safe, judgment-free space. As a former college athlete, Brittani also has a passion for helping athletes explore the role of their sport in their lives, improve their mental performance, process the next stages of their lives (post athletics), and honor those experiences.
In her free time, Brittani enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and labradoodle, Donnie. She is also an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys watching and attending as many games as possible. Her guilty pleasure is binge-watching reality TV.
