We want every candidate to have a fair and consistent interview experience. That's why we ask all candidates to follow this policy on using Artificial Intelligence (AI) during the hiring process. This policy helps us fairly evaluate your skills, qualifications, and values.
Interview Guidelines for AI Use
- Resume Submission & Application: You may use AI tools to improve the format or wording of your resume, but all content must reflect your real experience and skills.
- Interviews (Recruiter, Hiring Manager, or Panel): The use of generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies) in live interviews is not allowed. This helps us fairly assess your skills and keeps our hiring process consistent.
- Assessments: You may use AI tools as a resource during take-home assignments or case studies if your Hiring Manager approves this in advance.
If you use AI outside of approved use cases, you will be disqualified from the recruiting process.
This policy does not apply to AI-powered assistive technology used as a reasonable accommodation. If you need an accommodation or have questions about this policy, talk to your Talent Acquisition Partner.
How We Use AI in Hiring
We use AI and other tools to make our hiring process more consistent and structured. This helps us build a stronger, more thoughtful experience for candidates. We're committed to transparency and we’ll clearly explain when and how we use AI at each stage of hiring.
That said, people are at the heart of everything we do, and all hiring decisions are always made by our team.
