Zoe Bartlett
She/Her
Zoe
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Zoe takes an attachment based approach to explore and examine barriers that keep clients from pursuing their ideal selves. She strives to meet clients where they are at, creating an environment of safety and trust, while helping identify and increase personal strengths. Zoe will never push you into an activity that feels emotionally unsafe but, together, you will learn to overcome weaknesses, explore negatively serving thought processes, and create a better understanding of yourself and the people around you.
Zoe tries to live the same work-life balance she discusses with clients. A few activities done to rest and refresh include traveling, backpacking/hiking, paddle boarding, camping, exploring new places with friends, and taking long walks with her dog.
