About
Zeruah
Many of my clients appear successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck behind the scenes. They may be managing workplace stress, anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, difficult relationships, life transitions, or the pressure of constantly caring for others while neglecting themselves.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Together, we'll identify the patterns keeping you stuck, build skills to manage stress more effectively, and create meaningful changes that align with your values and goals. I believe mental health does not exists in isolation--our work, relationships, health, finances, and personal well-being are interconnected. Therapy can help strengthen these systems so that life feels more manageable and fulfilling.
I draw from evidenced -based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel understood, challenged, and empowered to move forward.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring California through day trips, attending live theater and comedy shows, listening to music, volunteering, and finding moments of peace and laughter in everyday life. Originally from Louisiana, I still love the New Orleans Saints and good Cajun/Creole food.
