About
Zachary
I enjoy supporting clients in creating a safe and collaborative space for their journey of discovery and empowerment. I assist clients in building awareness through supportive skills, coping resources, and amplifying strengths, ultimately creating an environment of deepening self-understanding. I come from a fitness and wellness background and thus utilize an integrative approach in care that includes mind–body practices such as Yoga Nidra and Mindfulness.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with my wife and son. The hobbies and daily wellness practices that I enjoy include hiking, rock climbing, weights, yoga and meditation.
