She partners with her clients to identify the hurdles holding them back while highlighting the personal strengths they already possess. Her active, collaborative style ensures that clients feel supported as they work toward their goals and build a more fulfilling life.
When I’m not on the clock, I’m usually seeking a balance between adventure and stillness. I love the thrill of traveling to new places and the energy of catching up with friends and family, but I also deeply value my 'me time.' Whether it’s getting lost in a great movie or just enjoying my own company, I find that a mix of social connection and quiet reflection is the best way to recharge.
