About
Yushan
Hi, I’m Zoey! For the past nine years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside clients through everything from persistent low mood to complex childhood trauma. My practice is grounded in culturally sensitive, open-minded care—I’m not afraid to ask the direct, thoughtful questions that help us get to the root of what you're experiencing. I specialize in trauma recovery, with a dedicated focus on supporting Asian Americans and different generation immigrants as they navigate the unique intersections of identity, family dynamics, and healing. To ensure therapy feels accessible and comfortable, I offer sessions in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Nothing brings me more joy than good food, great music, and deep connections with the people around me. In my spare time, I love hiking and staying active, traveling somewhere new, or curling up with a good book. But at the end of the day, my favorite moments are the simple ones—cooking a nice meal and sharing it with my husband, my son and friends. I identify as a first-generation immigrant from China.
