About
Yulissa
Hi, I’m Yulissa. For the past 10 years, I have walked alongside clients healing from childhood trauma, managing anxiety, and navigating life's transitions. I am deeply committed to creating a safe space where you can show up as your fully authentic self. I view my clients as the true experts of their own stories. My role is to help you unlock the confidence to own your narrative and elevate your well-being. I believe in building authentic therapeutic relationships where clients feel truly seen. Together, we will highlight your strengths, disrupt unhelpful patterns, and empower you to move toward the goals and values that matter most to you. I hold a special focus and expertise in working with first-generation Americans and immigrant communities.
In my spare time, I enjoy nature, travel, a great cup of coffee, and spending time with my pets. I am deeply connected to my roots as a first-generation, Spanish-speaking Latina, and I find joy in music, dance, food, and cultural traditions. I especially cherish traveling back home to reconnect with my relatives and childhood friends.
