Yessenia is passionate about holding space for others while they tell their own story, overcome life’s challenges, and learn new and healthier ways to improve their quality of life. She approaches clinical work with a focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship and is constantly looking for ways to grow as a clinician in order to assist her clients in meeting their personal goals and working toward enhanced well-being.
In her free time, Yessenia enjoys journaling, reading, traveling, practicing yoga, finding new places to eat, and spending time with loved ones.
