About
Yessenia
I am passionate about holding space for others as they share their stories, overcome life’s challenges, and develop healthier ways to improve their quality of life. My clinical work focuses on building strong therapeutic relationships, primarily utilizing mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also integrate techniques from other therapeutic approaches to meet each individual's unique needs. I am constantly seeking opportunities to grow as a clinician to better assist my clients in achieving their personal goals and enhancing their overall well-being.
In my free time, I enjoy journaling, reading, traveling, and practicing yoga. I also love discovering new places to eat and spending quality time with my loved ones.
