About
Yana
Hi, I’m Yana. I believe that many of the struggles people experience—whether anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-worth, or feeling stuck in repeating patterns—often make sense when viewed through the lens of their life experiences. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to explore what’s beneath the surface of your symptoms. I balance warmth, curiosity, and directness, helping clients gain insight, build self-compassion, and create meaningful, lasting change. I have extensive experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions, and I especially enjoy working with thoughtful, self-aware adults who are ready to better understand themselves and move toward the life they want to live.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in nature, hiking with my husky, traveling, exploring new places, and connecting with friends and family. I also love learning and am often reading about psychology, personal growth, and human relationships. As an immigrant who moved to the United States as a child, I value the unique experiences and perspectives that shape each person’s story and bring a deep appreciation for resilience, identity, and belonging into my work.
