About
Xiaoxi
I believe therapy is most helpful when you feel genuinely heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself. I strive to create an open-minded and culturally responsive space where you can explore your experiences without judgment and at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to support you to navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues and questions around cultural and ethnic identity. Together we can work toward developing greater self-understanding, building effective coping skills, and creating more flexibility and resilience in your daily life.
Outside of work, I’m a wife, mother, daughter, and friend—and I treasure the people I share my life with. I’m also someone who loves exploring new things and staying curious. When I’m not working, you’ll often find me playing squash, dancing Argentine tango, tending to my garden, playing board games, or simply enjoying time with family and friends.
