Welcome to my page. My name is Wendy, and it has been my honor to support many clients on their personal journey over the years. In my practice, I focus on identifying and overcoming the barriers that prevent individuals from living their best life, whether those challenges stem from the past, present, or future. My goal is to provide a safe supportive space where you feel truly heard. I specialized in guiding individuals through significant life transitions, walking beside you through depression, anxiety or grief. Additionally, my work encompasses women's issues, LGBTQ+ advocacy and navigating adverse life events.
Outside of my professional practice, I engage in creative pursuits such as wearable arts, beadwork, putting things in jars (preserving the harvest).I find a deep joy in hosting friends and family. Reading,music, spending time in nature are essential parts of my life that allow me to remain grounded and inspired.
