Wendy enjoys working together with her clients to help them discover their strengths and increase their use of healthy coping skills to manage life stressors. Her approach to therapy is collaborative, providing and opportunity to learn how patterns in thoughts, feelings and behaviors impact well-being and discover alternate ways to respond to painful life experiences to improve their quality of life.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors in nature.
