About
Victoria
Hello, I'm Victoria. I work with people who are struggling with anxiety, agoraphobia, panic attacks, depression, and posttraumatic stress. I believe in tackling problems using a collaborative approach, meeting people where they are to help them learn, heal, and grow.
I offer an affirming, grounded space where you can show up exactly as you are. I draw from CBT, DBT, exposure therapy, motivational interviewing, and EMDR to help people move through challenges with practical tools. deeper insight, and lasting change. Therapy is hard work, and I believe that the relationship we build is at the center of that process.
I bring warmth, honesty, and humor when it fits, My style is down-to earth and real, focused on helping you feel safe enough to do meaningful work.
I enjoy spending time in nature with my four dogs.
