About
Vanay
I believe healing begins when people feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. I'm passionate about helping individuals who often find themselves taking care of everyone else while neglecting their own needs. My approach is warm, collaborative, and compassionate, while also being honest and growth-oriented. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe exploring difficult emotions, challenging long-standing patterns, and building healthier relationships with themselves and others.
I primarily work from an attachment-based and cognitive behavioral perspective, integrating mindfulness, emotional regulation, values-based work, and self-compassion. Together, we'll work to increase self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, improve boundaries, and help you move toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned with who you are, not just who you've learned to be for others.
When I'm not working, you'll most likely find me spending quality time with my four daughters, trying new restaurants, dancing, traveling, or enjoying time with family and friends. I believe laughter, connection, and creating meaningful experiences are just as important outside the therapy room as they are inside it, and I strive to bring that same sense of authenticity and joy into my work with clients.
