Valencia’s treatment approach is rooted in evidence-based practices. Her main goals for her clients include reducing symptoms of OCD, trauma, depression and anxiety. She believes that creating a safe, nonjudgmental space can have an incredible impact on a client’s sense of well-being, happiness and overall health. Valencia is passionate about helping her clients achieve their goals and explore their thoughts and feelings.
In her spare time, Valencia is an avid movie watcher and enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. She is an advocate of self-care and enjoys spending time traveling to various parts of the world.
