I am dedicated to creating a nurturing space built on acceptance, safety, and unconditional positive regard, a place where you can feel completely secure exploring unfelt emotions, unexpressed thoughts, or forgotten memories.
My clinical style is collaborative and deeply compassionate. Together, we will work to embrace every part of who you are, helping you heal from the past and cultivate meaningful personal growth for the future.
When I’m not in the therapist's chair, I love staying grounded by exploring nature, baking sweet treats, and capturing meaningful moments through my photography. I also cherish simple evenings spent unwinding with a good movie and deeply value time spent connecting with the people I care about.
Most of all, I’m a proud soccer mom! I absolutely love creating joyful, everyday memories and sharing fun adventures with my son.
