Troy focuses on a strong therapeutic bond to help his clients identify and overcome challenges. He utilizes listening skills paired with positive reframing to empower clients to be their own change-makers. Troy is motivated by the potential for each client to reduce challenging mental health symptoms, improve healthy behavioral changes, and apply their learning for long-term, sustainable impact.
In his free time, Troy loves quality time with friends and family, physical activities like Ice Hockey and working out, playing video games, and traveling to new places. He has a passion for learning new things, reading, and being connected to his community.
