About
Trivan
I’ve always enjoyed helping people move forward in their lives. What I love about being a therapist is providing support, guidance, and a functional toolset to support you in moving toward your goals. I take a collaborative to therapy, supporting you in understanding key concepts and frameworks while building the skills and strategies needed for sustained improvement. Over the course of treatment we work together to identify your goals, support you in better understanding yourself and your needs, recognizing internal and external barriers to change, proactively requesting and allowing supports, and implementing the skills, strategies, and tools needed to achieve an maintain sustainable change.
I enjoy baking, reading mystery/romance novels, hanging out with my husband and two dogs, kickboxing workouts, watching mystery movies, friendly competitions, attending the symphony, and baking shows.
