About
Trivan
I’ve always enjoyed helping people move forward in their lives. What I love about being a therapist is providing support, guidance, and a functional tool set to support you in moving toward your goals. I take a collaborative approach to therapy, supporting you in understanding key concepts and frameworks while building the skills and strategies needed for sustained improvement. Over the course of treatment, we will work together identifying your goals, improving your understanding of yourself & your needs, improving recognition of internal and external barriers to change, proactively requesting & allowing supports, and actively implementing the skills, strategies, and tools needed to achieve and maintain sustainable change.
I enjoy baking, reading mystery/romance novels, hanging out with my husband and two dogs, kickboxing workouts, attending the symphony, watching mystery movies, baking shows, and friendly competitions.
