About
Tristan
Hello, I'm Tristan! For me, the goal of therapy is to help people with identifying common patterns that are getting in the way of enjoying/being successful in life and being able to help them develop strategies/skills to create meaningful change. I see therapy as a partnership with us working in session to identify patterns of thoughts/behaviors that are causing issues and work on practicing new skills and approaches outside of therapy to help with changing these patterns. I help people find balance between extremes, like being able to accept who they are and to be kind to themselves while also recognizing changes which could help them move toward a better life.
I enjoy watching movies, reading comic books, playing video games and playing role-playing games with my friends. I especially enjoy art and tend to do a lot of drawing.
