Trish (Shang Tzu)

Trish provides a warm, collaborative space for clients to explore their experiences and identities, navigate life transitions, and work toward personal growth. She partners with each client to create a personalized care plan based on their unique goals and preferences, build new skills, and develop insights that inspire meaningful change. Having grown up in Taiwan and the U.S. since her early teenage years, Trish offers services in both English and Mandarin Chinese and strives to provide culturally responsive care that fosters healing and growth in an inclusive, non-judgmental environment. Trish is registered and practices under the name of Shang Tzu Yeh.

Outside of work, Trish enjoys playing board games, watching television shows, exploring different food and restaurants, and spending time with loved ones. These simple joys help her stay grounded and connected.
