About
Trish (Shang Tzu)
I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are— without judgment, pressure, or having to carry everything on your own. I aim to create a warm, supportive space where you feel heard and supported in making meaningful changes in your life.
I enjoy helping people navigate stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and lasting impact of difficult experiences. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, caring individuals who are used to putting others' needs before their own, holding themselves to high standards, or feeling like they need to have everything figured out.
Together, we'll explore what has brought you to therapy, build practical tools for navigating challenges, and work toward a life that feels more balanced and aligned with what matters most to you.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing board games, watching television shows, and spending time with family and friends.
I am registered and practice under the name Shang Tzu Yeh.
