About
Trinese
I specialize in helping people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, medical trauma, grief, and life transitions. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where your voice, experiences, and goals guide the process. I am passionate about helping people achieve their full potential, and I strive to create a supportive environment where you can explore your emotional experiences, gain insight into what is challenging you, and create new pathways toward healing.
I identify as a Black woman, and I have two adult children. In my free time outside of work, I strive to maintain presence, movement, and connection through hiking, yoga, enjoying live music, spending time at the ocean, traveling to discover new parts of the world, and spending time with good friends.
