About
Tishawna
Welcome!
My name is Tishawna and I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, supported, and understood. I am passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges, heal from painful experiences, and develop the tools needed to create meaningful and lasting change.
My style is warm, collaborative, and authentic. I strive to build a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe bringing their full selves into the room. I balance compassion with practical strategies, helping clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building skills they can use in everyday life. I meet clients where they are and tailor therapy to their unique needs, strengths, and goals. Whether someone is struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, or feeling stuck, I work alongside them to foster growth, resilience, and self-confidence.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, photography, and exploring creative outlets such as painting. I also enjoy spending time with my pets and finding opportunities to experience new places and cultures. These activities help me stay grounded, maintain balance, and bring renewed energy into the work I do with clients.
