He/Him
Timothy
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Tim's goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel seen and heard. He believes that therapy is a collaborative journey, and together, will explore your unique strengths and challenges to help you find relief, gain new perspectives, and make meaningful changes in your life. Tim specializes in relationship issues, parenting, anxiety, and depression, and uses evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support you in achieving your goals. Tim looks forward to connecting with you and supporting you on your path to healing.
When Tim is not in the office, he is exploring all that the Bay Area offers, such as the ocean, good food, and time with family. These activities remind him of the therapeutic process—that growth takes patience, care, and the right environment to flourish
