I take an integrative, evidence-based approach in our work together, drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support you through life's challenges.
In my spare time, I enjoy playing golf, spending time with my wife and daughter at the zoo, and playing TTRPGs like Dungeons & Dragons. I also love playing guitar and singing.
